  • The SW Blackcard represents a per head deposit value to secure your attendance.
  • The SW Blackcard is not a credit or charge Gift Card.
  • The SW Blackcard can be exchanged for products and services only within The Stoneworks Bar

  • The balance on the SW Blackcard may be used for full or part payment of the GB pounds sterling cost of The Stoneworks Bar products and services.

  • No change will be given but any unused balance will remain on the SW Blackcard and may be applied to future purchases.

  • The value held on the SW Blackcard can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference.

  • The SW Blackcard cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or part for cash, and has an expiry date of 01/01/2021.

  • Promotional offers may not apply to the SW Blackcard purchases.

  • No VAT is charged when buying the SW Blackcard, but purchases paid for using the SW Blackcard are subject to VAT.

  • Keep the Gift Card safe and treat it as cash. We will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged SW Blackcards or for any remaining balance on the SW Blackcard.

  • We may withdraw or cancel the SW Blackcard and require an alternative form of payment if we suspect that the SW Blackcard may have been stolen or fraudulently used. Further action may also be taken.

  • We reserve the right to amend or supplement these conditions or discontinue the SW Blackcard at any time.

  • No refunds will be offered in part or full for the value of any SW Blackcards.
